Boy, nothing like chatting with an old high school buddy, and 30 minutes later you are buying a plane ticket to go see the Illinois-Wisconsin game in Champaign, IL on the 20th and go to a huge tailgate party where you'll see about 20 friends you haven't seen in 6 years. Random.

On a side note - Mandel is usually way out in left field. Ivan Maisel is better - more logical, calmer. Of course, Maisel has also been voting us #2 all year, so that kind of challenges that logical theory, huh?

Well, it's that time again. Time for me to become a regular on this website. Yeah yeah, I know you all missed me, but I'm here now...yea! Anyway, I have a funny story. I was driving home one day from Chris' house and I see this guy walking toward me. He had a Baylor shirt on and I was thinking about all of the mean things I could say out the window to him. Well, as he walked past me, I read the back of his shirt and it said "Brother (his name is being left out)" Then I thought to myself, that's just too easy, and decided to leave him alone.

Now, we all know that Vegas lines are not set to point to a percieved winner. We all know that they're set to ensure equal amounts of $$ bet on both sides of the game. That being said, the line on the TX-OU game is TX -4 (give or take).

Is this because Okies are poor bastards, and Vegas doesn't like taking trailer mortgages as collateral?

At -4 (or -4.5, or -5 for that matter), I'm taking Texas. It would have to approach -6 for me to worry about giving the points.

Yeah Mia, the Tech chicks tend to set their makeup guns to "whore." I believe we will be taking a road trip to LCC this year since some LCC friends made the trip down here last year.

Some of this goes back a couple of days, but I'm waiting for my hair to dry, so I read the whole page just now.
1) You know how they call the students at the Baylor Dentist School Baggies because it's owned by A&M now? What should we call Jon? :) A Taggie? Longaggie? Just a thought...
2) It's fun sitting on the wrong side even if your team isn't doing well cuz you can do yells really loudly and stuff just for the heck of it. :)
3) OU guy--only go to Tech if you take someone with you--it will only be worth it if it's a road trip because road trips are fun--in fact, I want to take a road trip to lcc for this year's game if anyone's interested...
4) The Notre Dame game was so awesome! I just have to say that it was tons of fun and that we actually played a good game. I was expecting that if we did win, we wouldn't play a good game--just that ND would play badly, but we've really gotten our act together over the weeks...we still need to improve a bunch, but...
5) Wheatables...I wouldn't be surprised if you knew the names of the Carpool people--you're the one who wanted to call Carpool to take you from your house to a party. :) Oh, and I woke up late today, but I'll bring y'all cookies after work tomorrow. :P
6) Lastly, unless my roomie has given it away, I may have a sports pass that the Baylor girl can use for free. I think it's totally wrong to "sell" your sports pass for a game. Come on y'all--that's bad bull.

I had a friend who applied to Sam Houston State. She was contacted by the admissions committee and told to come for an interview to determine if she was qualified to attend SHSU. She arrived and saw a group of monkeys hopping around the office. A secretary told her that this group of monkeys WAS the admissions committee. My friend then inquired as to how this "admissions committee" would determine if she was qualified to attend SHSU. The secretary reassured my friend that the monkeys were trained to detect and recognize a 4th grade education and a pulse. Seeing as my friend had both, she was consequently admitted.

My point being....you go to SHSU, you don't have much justification in ragging on LCC students who also made it through an equally rigorous admissions process.

I called that LCC chick tonight using the directory number the A&M webmaster posted. I asked her if she could sit on my face and lick on my genitalia. She hung up on me.

Shit. Apparently spelling backwards isn't my talent. Could also be the fact that I'm doped up on Vicodin. Ugh.

Dammit!!! My favorite receiver is out 4-6 weeks. If you haven't heard, "White Lightning" aka Greg Porter broke his foot in practice today. I guess you Baylor people will only lose about 28-0.

I'm going with Texas by 3. The UT fans started talking shit during the game against Tech on Saturday, so my guess is they'll be pretty worked up by the time they hit the West End on Friday. Sexat. Never heard that one. At any rate, it's 11:30 p.m. and OU STILL SUCKS!!!
