Damn text boxes won't allow for more spaces between characters. Oh well. I looked at it in an ASCII viewer. Funny Stuff. Good try.

Wh99p do you have first hand knowledge of Italians ass raping you?? Or is that knowledge stem from you watching WAY too many foriegn porn movies alone in your room? Either way I don't want to know.

Well, as of tonight, I have another notch on my belt for that whole "actually taking all 3 hours" concept with finals... And the day has, overall, sucked.

High points? My adv. prof actually knows my name.

Low points? I got mud splashed on me this morning, my Italian exam was a regular ass raping, and guys really fucking suck. I just want to sleep til Christmas.

I'm a drinker with a writing problem. No wait...that's Storm Chaser.

What's a "drinking problem" ?

A writer with a drinking problem? Never heard of that before.

Exams in general piss me off. No matter when I have to take them. In one semester I'll have a job and never have to study for another exam EVER. (Well, maybe grad school, *mumble cuss grumble*).

a little finals humor

Ours isn't Wednesday through Saturday, it's Wednesday through Tuesday, with Sunday off. I don't like it because it's makes very little sense to me to have only three tests each day with a 2 hour break between them. Obviously it's good for a lot of people, but it annoys the hell out of me when I have to wait 5 days between tests.

I don't think any one schedule makes them that much harder than any other, it's just interesting how much difference there is.

Our last day of class is on a Wednesday, followed by Thursday being dead day. We have exams on Friday and Saturday, nothing on Sunday, then exams on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Each exam is *up to* 3 hours in length, followed by a 30 minute break.
If you have more than 2 finals in one day, one professor is required to move their final for you if you request. (This doesn't always happen though.)

Clarification for those who feel the need to compete about the "difficulty of their finals schedule" -

1) We have two hours to take a final, followed by only 30 minutes between them.

2) Our finals are Friday through Wed. - we get Saturday and Sunday between them.

3) How is this any different from UT's Wed. through Saturday? So we get two day to study some more...I'd rather have them all at once.

4) Just because you have them Wed. through Sat. doesn't mean that you have one each day. I am willing to bet you have at least one of those days off.

We only get one dead day here at Tech, but we're already done for the semester and don't go back till January 15th. I think we started the fall a week earlier than everyone else though.

I agree with those comments about engineering finals. Mine were easy this semester, but every other semester they've been a b*tch. When in five days, you ahve to regurgitate everything you learned in electronics, feedback systems, physics 2, communication systems, project lab, and history... all comprehensive, it's a tough couple of days (exclude lab, because is a report and presentation, not a final).

Yeah, but you'll be living large pretty soon. I still have two years to go.

I think you all need to stop bitching. Law school finals last from Dec. 9th to Dec. 20th, and the typical exam is 4 hours long.

Woo Hoo!! Done with the semester. Finished with a 3.7 GPA. Damn Skippy. And Architecture majors alike enjoy the freedom and protective rules of the 2 exams per day. I would be completely toasted if I had to take 3 exams of say statics, stuctures, and programming (building, not computer). Plus on top of finals, Arch Studios have semester projects due the last day of real class which normally involve alot of 24 hour days in studio trying to finish up. So after the recovery process (at OU it's a weekend since there is no "dead" days) and then the studying process and actual finals start. Man I'll be so happy when I'm done.

UT has two dead days also (Monday and Tuesday). I am a PPA major and let me assure you that my finals are not easy, but I do much better when I only have to be "in the zone" for one day than put up with that crap for a week.

huh? ok, what i shouldve said is your comedic genius is better suited for the spoken word as it does not translate well into type, and youngster? again, lost in translation i guess.

I think the 2 hour break isn't to study. It's more of "let's clear all knowledge out of that last class and make room for the next".
