There was no Cotton Bowl time change. Any website that was listing it as an 11:30 or 11:00 am kick were wrong - when Texas accepted, they accepted to a 10am bowl.

I don't know what the deal is with the Cotton Bowl time change. Originally, it was listed to be at the same time as the Gator Bowl, and both bowls are on NBC. So unless it's to avoid regional coverage, who knows. But I'm kinda pissed about it too, since it's New Year's Day and all.

Well, I think one thing everyone can agree on is that Franchione will certainly improve A&M, probably even make them downright scary. I can guarantee they won't lose any home games next year. Hell, even the year we won the last national title, A&M had our asses down and was fixing to put the nail in the coffin until Torrance Marshall intercepted that pass. If I were an A&M fan, I wouldn't be getting too excited about this guy because he is notorious for being a sell-out.

The guy is like the raging slut of D1 football. I would be skeptical of anything he says because it seems that he will use A&M as a stepping stone for getting to the big leagues.

Why would I think this?

1) He has no loyalty.
2) He left Bama for less money.
3) He seems self-absorbed.

All of these things lead me to believe that he will try his damnest to get to the NFL.
