also, i realize that one ag punched another, and since it was caught on video and involved a somewhat recognizable figure it was the most publicized fight, but as far as i know that was the only fighting that went on between any aggies. the rest of the fighting was between tech fans and a&m fans which resulted from retarded tech students acting like childish morons.

I'm not arguing that there aren't assholes at every school. I'm arguing that there is a disproportionate amount of assholes at Tech. It's a given. I think Bluto sums up the goalpost thing accurately enough. And where were these riots you ask? They were all over Lubbock until 3:30 in the morning. Less than half an hour after Texas lost the cops had to call in back-up to "deal with roving crowds bent on destruction." People were hit in the head with bricks!

And you can blame Longhorns for some of it, not all of it. Why, you ask? Because, Longhorns have lost to teams before (A&M) in other towns and there was no rioting. Whereas Tech has beat teams before (albiet rarely) in Lubbock and guess what, rioting resulted. It's just a fact you guys have to live with.

Ok...let's assume for a moment that it was fine (albeit retarded) for Tech to tear down their own goalposts, and for them to launch them into the stands. Yep, perfectly normal and fine. And let's assume that Aggies started fighting with themselves. Uh huh. But lemme ask you...who caused all this?

See, those of us who are educated, know what is meant by the phrase "proximate cause". Ok, I admit I am a law school dork, but...the Tech retards with the goal post were the proximate cause of the fighting. If the Tech retards had not torn down their own goalpost and marched it down the field to the Aggie section, there would have never been any fighting. Therefore, even if Aggies did start the fisticuffs...Tech student were the PROXIMATE CAUSE of it happening in the first place. Or, to dumb it down a bit more...had the Tewch students just gone back to their respective trailers and guzzled 40s of malt liquor in the privacy of their own trailer park, there would have never been ANY fights.
