One more thing about Bama and Francione's coaching- I think they have been short scholarships since he has been there because the school knew they were going to be sanctioned for recruiting violations and wanted to stave off harsher peanlties. And DuBose didn't exactly leave him much talent to work with, and he didn't have a ton at TCU, but he has done pretty well considering at both places.

This is the first I have ever heard rumors about Fran taking over at A&M, and this writer from SA makes it sound like it is a done deal. For someone who seems to be so sure about his information, he should probably at least get his facts straight. Our current AD resigned although he says he was fired.

Well the last Defensive coach to leave Oklahoma to become head coach took over the Kansas program and look what happened. So not sure Mike would be much better.
