As for miami ... Bill Parcells was in an interview, and the question of draftable D-Linemen came up. Parcells noted that he'd take a guy by the name of Vince Wilfork first. Vince Wilfork is a SECOND TEAM player at Miami. That's right, he doesn't even start. FSU's front 5 gave up 4 sacks to Louisville a week and a half ago, and Miami sacked Rix 7 times last year. The only way Miami loses to FSU is if Ken Dorsey eats some bad chicken and can't play, and even then, I'd probably take Miami and 3 points.

I don't think Miami is invincible or unbeatable - they've struggled against Temple and BC this year. But they've struggled LESS than any other team. They're the clear #1 team at this point, and should remain so until they are beaten.

I'm not saying Miami isn't a good team, but people are giving them way too much credit just based on reputation and the media. Same reputation and the media that made us think our defense was unstopable, same reputation and media that makes everyone think Nebraska is a doormat this year (they'll likely beat us and end with a better record), and the same repuation and media that makes people think Miami is unbeatable. At least wait until the outcome of the FSU game... I mean, Miami has beaten one quality opponent -- don't crown them national champs just yet.
