If the MOm forges the daughter's signature, though...then the daughter would have to say something or I assume it would be accepted. However, most of the time on a contract like that, there would need to be a witness to both signatures.

Got a legal question for you Bluto. A mom and daughter buy a new car. Mom signs the loan, daughter co-signs it. Can the mom change the terms on the financing within a certain number of days after the signing without the signature of the daughter? (such as change it from a 5 to 4 year loan). And on the new terms forge the daughter's signature without actually refinancing the car?

yeah, the first time i said "...and OU still sucks," was in Dallas 3yrs ago the night before the game, while perched atop the Terry RV which happened to be all decked out in Longhorn stuff. i felt pretty fucking dumb by the time the 3rd quarter rolled around, so i decided to never say that again.

All the defaming of LCC and A&M that I haven't had time to jump in with a UT blows!! Although with the way both teams have been playing I call it a toss up.

Also if the statement about the first Public University in a state receives "University of...." which OU was the first public university in Oklahoma, why do we call is OU instead of UO when the name of the school is The University of Oklahoma? I don't get it and I used to go there.

Also not to get my hopes up, but I think I found a way to have my debts paid and to return to OU and finish my degree. About freakin time. Anyways, I have to leave now and goto my pathetic excuse for an education in a community college.

A student from LCC telling Aggies that "every other school in Texas looks down upon them".

I have lots of friends that go to A&M that I spent time with this past weekend and EVERY SINGLE one of them wanted to beat the hell out of Tech. And they were all in disbelief when they lost the game. I think it's ridiculous that the Aggies on this board refuse to acknowledge Tech as a rival. I could see the looks of disappointment on every single Aggie as they left Kyle Field last Saturday. You wanted to win that football game just as bad as we did. There was alot of heart and soul on the football field that day, the kind you can only see during a rivalry game. The reason every other school in Texas looks down on you is becuase you think you're better than everyone and blatantly disrespect every other school in Texas. Yes, U.T. may be your main rival, but I don't see how you can place so much importance on beating a particular school then disregard the everything when you don't come away with a win. The same thing happens when Tech picks up a recruit out of high school over A&M then the Aggies claim they never offered him in the first place. You don't see the Longhorns pull this kind of petty bullshit, and that's why everyone respects them. Texas A&M needs to grow up and realize they are no better than anyone else. Until then, you Aggies will be treated with a blatant disregard........WHOOP(ed)!!!
