If you are able to do so, I would plead "No Contest" in exchange for deferred adjudication. Pleading no contest means you are not admitting guilt. You should NEVER EVER plead guilty to something. I don't know if you will be able to get deferred adjudication since you have a prior MIP, but you probably will be able to.

If you have a valid defense, then plead not guilty. You'll have to give me more details and the circumstances surrounding the MIP for me to let you know if you have some valid defenses.

Heheheh... Well, really what I'm wondering is... What is really the difference between doing deferred adjudication, paying the fine, and doing community service; or just pleading guilty, and paying the fine? It's a Class C misdermeanor, so it wont show up on job reports. I'm a month away from being 21, so getting another MIP really won't come into play. Does it effect insurance or what not? C'mon... This is a drinking site, some of you guys had to have had 2 MIP's by now. Gimme some info :)

Another good movie to go see and I reccommend is the Harry Potter Movie. I caught the sneak peek wednesday night. it's worth the $7.50 to go see it. little bit of everything without sex, drugs, or bad language. Although it's rated PG, many people are thinking it should be PG-13 due to the "advetising and promotion of witchcraft to younger audiences" please it's a movie. Anyways,

Well I agree with part of that, but when your D is on the field twice as long, if not longer, than your O, then they tend to get a little tired. Besides that LCC was at our 1 more than once during that game and we held them, and the only td they got was in the final minutes of the game.
