Storm Chaser:
I'd also like to say you respect the great state of TEXAS by capitalizing at least the first letter of the word Texas anytime you choose to type it.

I'm glad that you've learned how to use apostrophes and the plural form of words such as oranges.

Boy am I jealous of that Sucklohoma education...

They taught me the proper rules for capitalization, too. Generally, I was capable of writing better than that by first grade.

Ya know, in 2nd grade, they taught us that COMMAS ARE NOT APOSTROPHES

Dear texas longhorn fans: you fellow,s have not seen oranges,s since 1965, Last year texas had a chance but they Blew it when they finely had to play a high ranked team. They babbled that they would beat the sooners this year but the sooners marched out in the feild and proved to texas that it couldn,t be done. I don,t know what it is but it seems that the texas longhorns are going to do this are that but they seem to fail before they ever get a chance to play the big one. I say get rid of the kinky quarter-back

He's right. We took them out 51-3 at Kyle during that Big XII championship year...

And in 1997, even Baylor beat texas...it's amazing what a new coach can do.

Yeah Kliff beat us in 1998. Almost everyone did. Even Baylor had a shot at it. that was the final year of the "12 Year Sooner Slump" and then the magic returned when they hired a wonderful guy by the name of Bob Stoops and the rest is history.

Come on, Kliff even beat OU his freshman year.

I guess OU just has a soft spot in their hearts for freshman quarterbacks...

*looks back at last year* Hmmmm I remember a Kliff Kingbury who a mediocre showing at best AT HOME against a weakened OU team. And your telling me with the speed of the Oklahoma defense in thier house, that Kiff will torch them. *laughs* It's okay I'll be sure to act like a big enough prick after OU's win to burst your little bubble.

Hey "Quentin Griffin" or whoever you are...
I think OU has had a great program, but I was replying to what was said about the Tech program.
You cannot deny that we have faced a much tougher schedule this year.

OU guy said that you play weak teams to make yourself look good, not me...

Be prepared to be torched by Kliff.

You have to admire the Mavs this season. Starting out 11-0 which includes some large games (most notably last night agaisnt the Lakers) with Houston coming up. I'm not really a Mavs fan so much, but I like the new changes that come about since Mark Cuban took over.

Yeah I heard also like 2 weeks ago on yahoo news that a tattoo artist in North Carolina (or south, cant remember) got arrested bc he gave someone a tattoo on a television show and its illegal to get tattoos in that state... Probably a good idea to limit the tattooing, especially around college towns. Because then you end up with a bunch of kids who get a tattoo on a whim, regrettable tattoos that they cant get rid of unless they have like $1500 at their immediate disposal or a relationship to an inner city gang bc I already looked into the Dallas county free tattoo removal for gang members, yeah I don't think I can pass as a Crip... Damn I knew I should have stayed in Oak Cliff for something...

If you aren't looking for nightlife, go to Taos. It's the best mountain you'll ski - puts almost everything in colorado to shame. If you need more than just the hill to keep you occupied, I'd stick with the Summit (Keystone, Breck, Vail, Beaver Creek and A Basin). Plenty of good skiing around there, but find a place to stay in Breck.

I'm going with my bf, my older brother, and various other friends. There are probably 8 or 9 of us in all. I've been to most of the big Colorado resorts, but my brother went to Taos last year and he likes it better than Breckenridge, Keystone, etc. Money isn't really an issue, we're just trying to decide on a place. I'm not a beginner, but not really an expert either.

Ashley, there's so much more to it than just "where do I like to go skiing." What kind of skiier are you? Are you going in a group? Are you planning on being the first on the lift and last off the lift every day? Have you skiied before? Give me details!

Taos, in New Mexico, is my favorite mountain ever. It's hard, and there isn't much of a nightlife. Breckenridge, on the other hand, is a decent mountain - kind of plain, but very beginner-friendly. And there's a fairly fun town wrapped around the hill. Likewise Keystone, which is my general overall recommendation. They do have the best ski school in Colorado.

It depends on how far you want to drive/fly and how much you want to pay... but I like Colorado.

Where do you guys prefer to go skiing? Colorado, New Mexico, Utah??? I need suggestions.

Dear lord... I go out of town for one night, and all hell breaks loose on here...

And I'm with Fat Tire--no tattoos in Oklahoma? Whatever will they do?

Hey JD?,

You don't have a damn clue what your talking about and you sure can't talk bad about OUs football program. When you win 7 national titles and tie Oklahoma then you can run your mouth. Texas Tech got lucky in beating Texas, but hey, I guess it does finally feel good to have a half ass year for once huh? OU is going to plant Kingsbury's ass. OU is going to ruin yet another Heisman's candidates hopes.

I heard about this guy name OU Guy who had this conversation with his gf:
"Baby, they're making fun of me. I don't think I can handle it. I'll give you the pants in our relationship if you go tell them to be nice. But when you're done, can I have my balls back?"
