"Me":
Yeah, Tech beat A&M when A&M was ranked. I knew that ag's would start talking like bad-asses after one win. Don't get me wrong, that was a great win... but you did still lose to Nebraska and OSU... don't forget that.
Wins are all that counts. I hate to admit it, but that's how it works.
Oh, we're not in the top half of the conference?
If I'm not sadly mistaken, this is the rank right now:
Texas (5-1)
Colorado (5-1)
Oklahoma (4-1)
Texas Tech & Kansas State (4-2)
Iowa State (4-3)
Nebraska & A&M (3-3)
OSU (2-3)
Missouri & Baylor (1-5)
Kansas (0-7)
Looks like the top half of the big 12, and the top half of the big 12 south. Maybe you should think before typing.
I see our record ending at 5-3, Texas at 6-2, A&M at 4-4.
We'll beat Texas in Lubbock, Texas will beat A&M in Austin. And although I wish we wouldn't, we'll probably lose to OU in Oklahoma.

About Kliff...
He is a damn good QB. Being QB is about playing smart and making the right plays. Sometimes that's on the ground and sometimes in the air. As you say, in our "system", we get more air yardage. But if you haven't seen the past few games, we've had a RB tearing up some turf. Also, have you guys heard of Wes Welker? I'd say he's a contender for the best all around player in the big 12... great receiver, runner, punt returner... he does it all.
About quality wins...
Take a look at the Sagarin ratings... Tech (29) is still ranked over A&M (39). Our schedule is sitting at the 16th toughest while A&M sits with the 50th toughest. We did beat A&M, which I do consider a quality win, even if you weren't ranked... and ole' miss.
I'm not gonna say any school in the big 12 sucks... well, except for Baylor and Kansas, but anyway. I think there's too damn much competition in the big 12 for any one team to stand out. Oklahoma was doing a good job of that, but with a conference this good, something was going to happen sooner or later. With most teams as equal as they are, I don't think we'll see any undefeated big 12 teams for quite a few years to come.

Okay, so let me get this straight... if we win our next two games, we're 6-2 in conference, same as UT and OU, and we own the tie-breakers, so we would go to the Big 12 Championship, we win there we would actually go to a fucking BCS bowlgame(sugar to be exact). Holy Shit, now that would be the shit to end all shit. Ya I know its a 1 in 100 shot, but in college football who knows, anybody see the LSU game yesterday??
By the way, all this Reggie vs Chris argument or whatever, its a pointless discussion, everybody knows the best QB in Texas is Kliff Kingsbury(best in the Big 12 for that matter). He's 18 yards from 4000(this season), he's thrown 35 TD's (OVER twice as many as Simms) with the exact same # of interceptions (10). And this little a&m boy, he won ONE GAME, GET OVER YOURSELVES YOU STILL SUCK!! If anybody wants to try and make an argument for why Kliff aint the best in the Big 12 fire away.
