To the People of College Station & all Agro-americans in the world --

Fellow farmers & 12th men -- I am besieged by a thousand or more of the Techsicans under Leach -- I have sustained a continual Bombardment & cannonade for 60 minutes & have only given up 12 points -- The enemy demanded passage out of the stadium, otherwise, the fans are to be put to the goalpost, if the section is taken -- I have answered the demand with binoculars, & we are still humping it proudly from the walls -- I shall never surrender, or go to my car.

Then, I call on you in the name of RC, of Reville & everything dear to the aggie character, to come to our aid, with all dispatch -- The enemy is receiving reinforcements every hour & will increase to three or four thousand before they decide to go get some dinner and something to drink.

If this call is neglected, I am determined to sustain as long as possible & then run to the newspapers and tell them I work for the governor.

In regards to the ramblings of LOL from LCC....first, I doubt you have ever seen Jolie, she has a very pretty face.

Second, just as Mighty Kumquat pointed out, it was TECH MORONS who decided it would be smart to rip out their own goalposts, march across the field, and provoke the Aggie fans. What the fuck do you expect the Aggies to do? When you shove a goalpost towards people they will respond to protect themselves.

Thirdly, if y'all weren't such stupid fucks, this wouldn't be an issue. If you could win a game without then vandalizing the other school's property, destroying your own field, and/or evoking yet another public apology from your President, then maybe you wouldn't be the laughing stock of Texas.

And lastly....just wait until next year. We Aggies will get revenge in a way that doesn't begin with someone saying, "Hee haw...let's go rip down them there goalposts and use them as a giant phallic symbol to make up for our small dicks..."

k--this argument that the aggies threw the first punches--hello, wouldn't you fight back if someone was trying throw a huge piece of metal at you(or whatever goalposts are made of)? i don't know if i would knock someone out, but i definitely wouldn't just sit there and take it.
secondly, the whole reference to the a&m/ut game years ago--like jon said, the horns rushed the field--the corps boys didn't come after them. that was a totally different situation. i mean come on, you've got to be pretty stupid to rush a guy who is holding a sabre.
oh, and lastly, some "techsans" have commented that it was stupid for aggie fans to still be in the stands at that point. hi, it's called school pride and sticking with your team and school whether they win, lose or tie--we've done for years. this isn't something new. we always have yell practice after the game.

I think the Tech fans were trying to do the Ags a favor. Appartently the Ags couldn't get into the endzone so the Tech fans were trying to bring the endzone to them.

Aggie Dipshit -- you're FULL of shit. I blame the LCC administration just as much as the clueless student body over which they "govern". In 1999, you morons tore down your own goal posts after narrowly beating the Aggies. The administration should have provided better security this past weekend, and the security and police that WERE on duty should have extracted their heads from their asses and done something instead of standing by and watching a near-riot ensue. It's called "foresight" and the LCC administration showed a lack of it. And again...it may have been an Aggie who hit McKinney, but it was a case of mistaken identity that would have NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE if not for the LCC shitheads who turned their own goalpost into a battering ram.

As for the people who point to the 1995 incident at Kyle Field and say that Aggie fans are just as bad...yes, in 1995 it was a bad display of sportmanship by the Corps, but the difference is that the Aggies did not go out and provoke the Longhorn fans. The Longhorn fans rushed the field (after pelting Aggie fans with empty beer and vodka bottles) and the Corps got out of hand trying to prevent the destruction of the goalposts and the field. It's not exactly like going out of your way to first provoke the opposing fans into a brawl, which is exactly what happened in the shithole known as Lubbock, TX, this past weekend.

Just face the facts...LCC students are the poorest winners on the face of the earth. And it wasn't just a small "minority of fans"...it was 25,000 of you. You're the laughing stock of Texas and of college football right now, and your administration is forced to play the role of apologetic parent. Congrats.

well fuck face... there was a press conference with our president clarifying the newly developed info about the details of the fight as well. Also dont diss our administration, they didnt tear down the goal post, the students did. And at least our ADULT allumns didnt threaten to be immature and fight off a bunch of kids. Thats fucking sad. And its the A&M Battillion that had the story wrong, not the Tech University Daily. And from being at the game myself, it took at least 5 minutes for the students to parade to the Aggie section. Anyne sitting there would have had fair notice to see the crowd coming at them. Thats why the aggies are a bunch of dipshits, they could have walked up a few rows and none of this would have happened, but instead they tried to be the fucking idiotd that they are and start the whole damn fight. Its your shitty newspaper that has the facts fucked up, not ours.
